Kona officer honored for tracking down federal fugitive from Mexico
Kona Patrol Officer Elijah Won took into custody Martin Medina, a federal fugitive from Mexico who was suspected to be involved in criminal activity, including the stealing of vehicles and illegal narcotic distribution.
