Kurtistown man gesturing he has gun at Hilo DMV charged with harassment
Eric Kinman Doherty, 52 of Kurtistown, has been charged with harassment following an incident at the Hilo Driver Licensing Station in Hilo in which he reportedly gestured he had a gun.
