Waimea Cherry Blossom Festival to Honor Kibe, West

The 2022 Waimea Cherry Blossom Heritage Festival is planning in-person festivities from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, and next year’s event will honor two special Waimea residents.
