$10M investment Hawaiʻi Community Lending enables zero-down mortgages for Native Hawaiians on Hawaiian Home Lands
The funds Northern Trust has invested will make these zero-down mortgages available to Department of Hawaiian Home Lands residents in Waimea and Laʻiʻōpua, neighborhoods in the North and West Hawaiʻi communities where Parker Ranch also holds land and works to support communities.

Through its inaugural annual giving campaign, “Planting Seeds, RaisingChange,” ChangeMakers Hawaiʻi aims to raise funds for Native Hawaiian participants’ Boston University tuition fees. This specialized certification course normally costs more than $3,000 per student.
