Between Feb. 23 and Feb. 25, the Hawai‘i Police Department conducted Operation Keiki Shield, a statewide coordinated effort designed to identify and arrest individuals using the internet to facilitate sexual crimes against children.

The complaint and affidavit allege that Kalana Limkin was identified as the founder of a group, “Cultist,” which focused on specific behaviors, such as promoting child pornography, child exploitation, sexual extortion, and trafficking and self harm of minors.
