Brown water advisory issued for mouth of Wailoa River in Hilo
The public is advised to stay out of flood water and stormwater because of possible overflowing cesspools, sewer, manholes, pesticides, animal fecal matter, dead animals, pathogens, chemicals and associated flood debris.
