Hawaiian Airlines has announced it has selected Lee Anne Wong, chef and owner of Honolulu’s Koko Head Café, to lead its in-flight dining program.

Hawai’i Chefs Featured in Hawaiian Airlines Menu

The Featured Chef Series launched this past June with Chef Jon Matsubara’s menu. Through 2017, Hawaiian Airlines will feature a new chef every six months.
