21-year-old Ar Aweni faces several charges including terroristic threatening, assault and unlawful imprisonment in connection with the incidents Nov. 7 in Kalaoa area of Kona.

42-year-old George-David Summers was arrested Nov. 8 after Hawai‘i Police Department officers executed a search warrant on the vehicle he was driving on Government Beach Road and recovered a loaded .22-caliber semi-automatic rifle, 16-plus grams of methamphetamine and more.

46-year-old Orion Kiesch of Ocean View is charged with eight offenses, including second-degree theft, unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle and third-degree criminal property damage.
