John Richard Strange, 70, had not been seen since having contact with a caretaker on Dec. 3.

UPDATE: Missing Hilo Man Turns Up at Police Station

Blake Parker, who also goes by the name Jesse Brewer, showed up unharmed this morning, police said shortly before noon.
