Kona Crime Prevention Committee celebrates 40 years with Officer of the Year luncheon
Ten officers selected for Office of the Month by the Kona Crime Prevention Committee over the past year will be celebrated at the Sept. 10 luncheon, where one of them will be announced as Officer of the Year.
