Jeremy Todd Rios is accused of carjacking and nine other offenses in connection with the stealing of a car from a woman stopped by a collision he allegedly caused.

Alleged Carjacker Charged With a Dozen Offenses

Ten of the charges stem from the carjacking incident, while two others are connected to an assault reported shortly before it.
