Forest Meditation is a monthly gathering that invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the natural world. Meeting at beautiful Kalopa State Park, this experience includes a guided meditation, forest listening practices, quiet reflection, and opportunities for sharing and connection in community. Participants are encouraged to bring a camp chair, water, and a spirit of openness as we immerse ourselves in the peace and wisdom of the forest.

The program is designed to help cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and deepen our appreciation for the healing presence of nature. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this welcoming experience offers a chance to pause from the busyness of everyday life and find renewal through stillness and connection. An optional group lunch follows, providing additional time for fellowship and conversation. All are welcome, and a love offering is appreciated.
