Join us for a joyous celebration of Rosh Hashanah with Rabbi Rachel as we welcome the Jewish New Year together as ONE. This year, our festivities will include a unique Reverse Tashlich event, where we come together for a beach clean-up, embracing the spirit of community service, actively engaging with our ‘Aina, and truly BEING Tikkun Olam. When we are accountable for the mess we may or may not have intentionally created, and choose to clean it up, this is the work we are called to do — teshuva, tashlich, Tikkun Olam. This inclusive gathering is open to all faiths, beliefs, and ages. Following our beach clean-up, we will join in prayer and reflection, led by Rabbi Rachel, to set our intentions for the year ahead. The evening will conclude with a delightful potluck, where everyone is encouraged to bring a dish to share (no pork or shellfish please), fostering a sense of unity and togetherness. Let’s celebrate, serve, and connect as a community, creating a memorable and meaningful start to the Jewish New Year 5785!
