A Holiday Pop Up Edition of the Big Island Art Fair is happening Friday, Saturday, and Sunday December 15-17th at the Kings’ Shops in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. This is expected to be the largest Big Island Art Fair yet, with thirty or more artists on-site displaying and selling their work. Represented styles are expected to include mixed media art, photography, oil painting, watercolors, soft pastels, stone carving, ceramics, palm weaving, gourd carving, as well as graffiti style art, acrylic paintings, and lino prints.
The Fair is also sponsoring the “Hawaii Experience” art contest. Artists are invited to use any medium or style they wish to depict the charm and splendor that is experienced when one visits or lives on the Island! Visitors to the Fair will be able to view the submitted artwork and vote for their favorites, with cash prizes being awarded Sunday at 7:00PM to the winning artists.
The Fair will also feature demonstration sessions given by some of the participating Artists:

About the Big Island Art Fair: Everyday Enterprises LLC DBA Big Island Art Fair sponsors and promotes the Fair with a mission to support the local artist community, provide a venue for visitors to view and buy from a quality curated selection of local art, and to promote a sense of community between local artists and their patrons. The Fair had its pre-COVID origins at the historic Anna’s Ranch and now is hosted at the Kahilu Town Hall and other pop up venues.
