This training focuses on facilitative mediation. In facilitative mediation, the mediator’s role is to guide parties through tough conversations, helping them identify and explore solutions to what is not working between them. The training is appropriate for any individual who wishes to develop better personal or professional conflict resolution skills, as well as for those who plan to become trained volunteer mediators with WHMC.

Important: Attendance at all sessions is required to receive a certificate. Please note that additional homework may be assigned between classes.

Training Fee: $200.00
This fee includes materials and snacks. Participants are asked to bring their own lunch for each session.
