The festival is a culturally based experience for both residents and visitors. It is organized as a combined multi-generational effort that includes community members from all spheres of influence, providing them with a platform to showcase the gifts and talents of those cultures in Hawaii. The three-day event will hold presentations of cultural dance expression, culturally based education programs, food, music, fashion, and art.
