PATH Offers Free Beginner Bike Riding Clinic

PATH (People’s Advocacy for Trails Hawai‘i) will offer a free class on Jan. 16, 2016, beginning at 7:30 a.m. to teach basic bicycle skills and how to ride in a group safely and with confidence.
