Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 11-year-old Waylon Kealoha, who was reported missing Sunday evening in the Puna District.

Officials with the Hawai’i Police Department said Kealoha was last seen around 7:20 p.m. on May 10 in the 14-3500 block of Kahoolawe Road in Nanawale near Pāhola. He is described as 4 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 85 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Authorities added that Kealoha is believed to be a runaway but is considered endangered due to his age.

Police are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 911 or the Hawai’i Police department’s non-emegency number line at 808-935-3311.
