Free small business financing, support workshop scheduled in Kailua-Kona
Hawaiʻi Small Business Development Center invites community members to a free in-person workshop to help small businesses explore financing opportunities and support programs.
The workshop is scheduled for 8:30 to 10:15 a.m. April 29 at Hale Iʻako on the Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaiʻi Authority campus, located in Suite 119 at 73-90 Makako Drive, in Kailua-Kona.

It is a valuable opportunity to learn about funding pathways and connect directly with experts who can support the next steps of small businesses.
Learn about Small Business Administration, U.S. Department of Agriculture and financing programs, including the 504 property loan and general purpose 7a loan programs.
Those who participate also will:
- Explore export trade support and grants.
- Check out Hawaiʻi’s Green Infrastructure loan programs and Green Energy Money Saver solar photovoltaic financing.
- Hear from experts from the Small Business Administration; Hawaiʻi Small Business Development Center; U.S. Department of Agriculture; Hawaiʻi Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism; Hawaiʻi Green Infrastructure Authority and other agencies.
