Hawai‘i Island police seek help finding runaway teen girl

Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 17-year-old runaway girl who is considered endangered due to a medical decision.

Vivianna Arsenault of Kailua-Kona, who was reported as a runaway on Sunday. The teen was previously reported as a runaway in late December and found on Jan. 10 in Kona in good health.

According to Hawai‘i Island police, Vivianna ran away again the following day. She was last seen around 6:20 p.m., in the 73-4200 block of Hulikoa Street in Kailua-Kona, wearing a one-piece black romper with blue denim jeans.

Vivianna has a thin build and a light complexion, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 105 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. The teen also has a center piercing to her lower lip with a ball end.
