Hawaiʻi County Clerk Jon Henricks

Speaker Jon Henricks will present “Robert Rules! Your Procedural Pathway to Better Board Meetings” from noon to 1 p.m. on Jan. 20, 2026, via Zoom.

“It’s not good enough to just survive board meetings. We can do better,” said Henricks in an announcement about the upcoming discussion. “Let’s explore how the basic fundamentals of Robert’s Rules of Order will simplify and streamline your board meetings, rather than bog them down in arcane and stuffy procedure.”

Henricks is Hawaiʻi County clerk. Part of his duties include providing parliamentary guidance and support during meetings of Hawaiʻi County Council.
