Search continues for missing 77-year-old man on Big Island

Hawai’i Island police are renewing their request for the public’s help in locating 77-year-old Charles Poole, who was last seen on Pāhoa Village Road on April 9, 2024.

Poole has a fair complexion, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 185 pounds, long gray hair and blue eyes. He is known to frequent various locations around Hawai‘i Island, as well as the island of O‘ahu.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the island-wide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
