The Hawai’i Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing “at risk” person.
Annie Collier, 21, who is said to be about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 130 lbs., with curly brown hair, brown eyes, was last seen Sat., Aug. 12, at 11:30 p.m. at the Mauna Kea Access Road.
Due to the location and environment of the area, Collier is considered endangered. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Annie Collier, please call 911 or contact police dispatch at 808-935-3311.
