Discover the latest in public transit at ‘Meet the Bus’ event in Kona July 11
The Hawaiʻi County Mass Transit Agency will host “Meet the Bus” on July 11. This event will allow attendees to interact with agency representatives and gain insights into plans for improving the public transit system.
The event will take place from 9:30-11:30 a.m. It will provide the public an opportunity to engage with the agency, explore this alternatively fueled bus, and learn about the latest developments in public transportation.
The makai public parking lot located at 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway in Kailua-Kona will be partially blocked off to accommodate the event. In addition, the hale facilities will be made available for the convenience of the attendees.
The Hawaiʻi County Mass Transit Agency is committed to providing accessible and sustainable transportation solutions for residents and visitors. This event allows the community to voice their opinions, offer suggestions, and witness the agency’s dedication to enhancing the overall transit experience.
