Missing person Ralpheal Alfred Kanani Silva of Hilo

Hawai‘i Island police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating 44-year-old Ralpheal Alfred Kanani Silva of Hilo. He has not been seen or heard from by his family and friends since Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22, 2018, on Auwae Road in Hilo.  
 
Silva is 5 feet 6 inches and 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Silva of Asian and Pacific Islander descent has numerous tattoos on both arms, chest and abdomen. He has a scar on his right hand.
 
Police ask anyone who may have information relative to the disappearance of Silva to call the police department’s non-emergency number at 808-935-3311 or Captain Rio Amon-Wilkins of the Area I Criminal Investigation Division at 808-961-2251 or email [email protected].
 
Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 808-961-8300. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
