Free ‘Conscious Commerce’ 2-day training in Hilo
Sylvia Dolena presents a free 2-day workshop, “Conscious Commerce,” on March 9 and 10.
The workshop is part of Ku‘ikahi Mediation Center’s “Teamwork, Leadership and Preparing for the New Economy” training series. It runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo, UCB 127, 200 W. Kawili Street in Hilo.
In this 2-day workshop, learn how to:
- Align your passion and purpose to your livelihood
- Identify and overcome obstacles to your success
- Create your vision and mission
- Create a sustainable business plan
- Envision a small carbon footprint
- Build your success and support team
- Propose and sell your ideas
Dolena worked for Hewlett-Packard or 18 years as a Global Programs and Operations Manager and as a Strategic Change Project Manager. Recently, she was a project manager for a Fortune 100 Company’s new Leadership Certification Program.
She delivers workshops and leadership development programs in Hawai’i and nationally. She holds an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness from University of Southern California and an MS in Strategic Management of Technology Organizations from Stanford and IESE, the European School of Business in Barcelona.
