Pu‘uhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park is now accepting applications for its summer Youth Conservation Corps program, which offers an employment and educational experience for youngsters from 15-19 years old. Those who participate will take part in conservation- and preservation-related projects throughout the park and work with all park divisions.

This year’s Youth Conservation Corps program is scheduled for a six-week period from June 13-July 22. Participants will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and Saturday, June 25. Pay is $10.10 per hour.
