Looking for a night of great food paired with live music and drinks? Then look no farther than Kai Eats + Drinks in Kailua-Kona.

Kai Eats + Drinks is excited to announce the inaugural Kai Fest scheduled for 5-8 p.m. Friday, March 11 at the restaurant’s oceanfront location at 75-5776 Ali‘i Drive.

“At Kai, we believe in the five major food groups — beer, mai tais, pizza, tacos and burgers,” said Kai co-owner Scott Dodd in a press release. “When we opened Kai Eats + Drinks, Kai Fest was the kind of event we imagined for the oceanfront environment. We invite everyone to come celebrate with us and share our love of beer!”

According to the press release, Kai Fest is a showcase of unique beer pairings of culinary delights including Kai pizza slices, mini beef sliders, a variety of tacos, Chinese chicken salad, mini grilled cheese served with a tomato soup shot and — on the sweet side — Hawaiian style coco puffs and chocolate dipped pretzel rods.

More exciting, Kai Fest goers will have access to 48 on-tap local, domestic and international beers and enjoy the sounds of live music. Guests receive a commemorative Kai tasting glass and beer tokens to sample the nearly 50 featured brews.

Kai Fest tickets are $45 and attendees must be 21 years old to purchase. Log on to Eventbrite.com and search Kai Fest to purchase tickets or find @kaieatsdrinks on social media.
