QNHCH to Offer Weekly Walk-Up Vaccination Clinic
Queen’s North Hawaii Community Hospital plans to offer weekly walk-in vaccination opportunities for all state residents aged 16 years and older.
Every Wednesday, from 4 pm to 6 pm, the hospital’s COVID-19 vaccination clinic will offer inoculations with no appointment necessary. The clinic is located on the south side of the hospital campus.
Residents under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The hospital offers the Pfizer vaccine, approved for use in children 16 or older.
Masks and physical distancing will be required. Those who plan to attend are asked to bring a photo ID and insurance card if they have it. They are also asked to avoid long-sleeve clothing. No children under 16 or animals will be allowed on campus.
The second dose of the two-shot vaccination will be administered three weeks following the date of the first dose.
People who prefer to set an appointment for a different day are asked to send an email to QNHCHvaccine@queens.org and include their name, date of birth and phone number. They may also call 808-881-4668. Appointments are available Monday-Friday.
