Big Island police are asking for public assistance to locate a 15-year-old runaway.
Heaven Aipia-Drummondo
Heaven Aipia-Drummondo, of Hilo, is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He is known to frequent the Waikoloa and Kohala areas.
