LAM Group to Host Mixer Celebrating Creativity

Women of the local creative community are invited to attend the Ladies Artisan Market (LAM) networking group for women’s first mixer of the year on Friday, Feb. 8, starting at 6 p.m., at Umeke’s Pa‘ina room in Kona.

Themed on “Love, Art, Music and Dance,” the event will celebrate creativity among women in the Hawai‘i Island group. The evening mixer will begin with networking opportunities followed by entertainment and dance performances, as well as a dance party with D.J. Shakti.

The person who invites the most viable friends to the event on Facebook will get free entry for themselves and a friend, plus two raffle entries for the grand prize and raffle pot. The 2nd place winner will get free entry for themselves, plus two raffle entries for the grand prize and raffle pot.

Event organizers are seeking dancers, musicians and artists to perform and display their works during the mixer. Organizers are also seeking sponsorships, grand prizes (with a minimum value of $600), raffle donations and service donations like printing, pens, bags and swag.
