Looking Ahead
A stable trade wind flow pattern will persist into Sunday with high pressure to the north of the islands. A surface low forming to the northwest of Kauai will cause winds to become south to southeast as Sunday wears on. This will increase instability around the islands, particularly over the western end of the island chain for the first half of the new week.
