‘Big Data’ to Help Big Island Realtors Generate New Business
Hawaii Information Service (HIS) has officially signed an agreement to deliver Remine’s “big data” and predictive analytics platform to all of its members.
Remine is a property intelligence platform that combines property and consumer data to create actionable intelligence for real estate professionals through a visually rich data experience.
“Remine brings ‘big data’ to real estate for the first time, combining MLS data, consumer data, public record and transactional data, and many other relevant data sets, providing real estate professionals insights into which properties are primed to sell,” said Faith Geronimo, president and CEO of HIS. “We’re looking forward to putting the power of Remine’s solution in the hands of our members, providing them with new opportunities and new business.”
The Remine platform is slated to be available to HIS members beginning in March 2018.
“We are excited that HIS is our first MLS partnership in Hawai‘i,” said Jonathan Spinetto, COO of Remine. “HIS was one of the first MLS’s to recognize the power of property-centric databases. We look forward empowering their forward-thinking agents with more intelligence data.”
Remine, named a 2017 Innovator Award winner by Inman News, already serves more than 500,000 Realtors nationwide through many of the nation’s largest MLS’s.
