Salvation Army, Coast Guard Deliver Gifts to Moloka‘i

The Salvation Army’s Kahului, Maui, Corps last week delivered 1,200 holiday gifts to keiki and kūpuna in need on Moloka‘i, with the assistance of the U.S. Coast Guard Maui Station.

Salvation Army and Coast Guard personnel delivered 1,100 toys, keiki clothes and gifts for kūpuna.

The Salvation Army’s Lt. Romelia Howard and Cadet Shelby Hanauer rode along with the gifts as they made their way to Moloka‘i from Maui and presented the gifts to Envoy Gina Kuahuia from The Salvation Army Moloka‘i Corps.

More than 500 children and 30 seniors will be assisted through this delivery.
