Looking Ahead
The front that brought clouds and showers to Maui County yesterday will push down past the Big Island today. A drier trade wind weather pattern is forecast to fill in behind the front late Saturday through late next week.
Today & Sunday
We have northeast winds today around 15 mph. High temperatures are forecast from 79° to 85°. Mostly cloudy skies to start with building cloud cover and showers likely by the afternoon. Isolated showers in the morning, then scattered leeward showers in the afternoon. On Sunday, partly cloudy skies are forecast with scattered windward and mauka showers and isolated leeward showers in the afternoon.

Northeast winds are forecast around 15 mph. Mostly cloudy skies are expected for Hawaii County with windward showers likely Saturday night. Low temperatures from 67° to 72°. On Sunday night, partly cloudy skies with scattered windward showers and just isolated showers for lee spots.
