M. Kanani Laubach will be sworn in as a District Family Court judge of the Third Circuit (Hawai‘i Island) on Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2016, at 3 p.m.

Laubach was appointed by Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald in June to fill the vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Melvin H. Fujino to the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit.
