Kailua-Kona Public Library is the scheduled location of the Friends of the Libraries, Kona’s next book sale.
The sale is slated for Saturday, Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the lanai of the library.
Money raised during the sale helps provide support for all of the Kona libraries, including educational and entertainment programs, community summer reading programs, visiting authors, magazine subscriptions, CD’s, DVD’s, and new book purchases.
DVD’s at the sale will be on “close out” at 50 cents per DVD.
