Flood Advisory Issued Through 9:15 p.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Advisory for parts of the Big Island through 9:15 p.m.
At 6:17 p.m. radar indicated heavy rain that will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Heavy rain was located near Puuanahulu at rates of up to 3 inches per hour.
Some locations that may also experience flooding include, Kailua-Kona, Captain Cook, Kapaau, Honokaa, Waimea, Honaunau and Napoopoo.
