Orchid Isle Psychotherapy will be hosting a free Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training course on Thursday, July 30 and Friday, July 31. The training sessions will take place at the West Hawai’i Civic Center in Kona from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on each day.
The classes will provide participants with the skills to identify and help keep someone who is at risk of suicide safe.
Attendance to both days of the training are required. Individuals must be over the age of 16 to participate.
