Police are looking for 25 year-old Laupahoehoe man for questioning in connection to the sexual assault of a minor. Thomas Elijah Cummings IV, is described as part Hawaiian, 5’ 4’’, 212 pound man with short black hair, brown eyes, and a fair to lightly tan complexion.
