2014 HawaiiCon Hosted in Kona Sept. 12-14

Comic lovers are invited to attend the 2014 HawaiiCon in Kona this weekend.

Taking place at the Hapuna Prince Resort Sept. 12-14, visitors will get to interact with a wide-range of comic stars, have a chance to dance, attend workshops and so much more.

Saturdayʻs events begin at 6:30 a.m. with “Tours with the Stars,” with fun activities lasting throughout the day and night including moving screenings and DJ dancing ending at 2 a.m. on Sunday.

Sunday morning starts again with 6:30 a. m. “Tours with the Stars” and the last event will end well past midnight.

Guests will also have an opportunity to check out speciality priced tours of the island. 

All passes can be purchased at the Hapuna Beach Prince Resort convention area.

Registrations are open Friday 10 a.m.-10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m.-10 p.m.

Parking is available in the Hapuna Beach Prince Resort parking decks.

Parking is free for guests of the hotel and is $15 a day for attendees who are not hotel guests.
