Hawai‘i Island police seek public help finding teen runaway

Hawai‘i Island police are seeking the public’s help finding a 15-year-old girl who was reported as a runaway.
Tristahlynn Napoleon was last seen on July 22 in the 23-0000 block of Opalipali Street, in Hilo. She has tan skin, is 5 feet tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and blonde highlights, and brown eyes.
Police ask that anyone with information on Napoleon’s whereabouts call the non-emergency dispatch line at 808-935-3311.
