West Hawaiʻi state lawmakers to host community town hall
Hawaiʻi Island residents are invited to join West Hawaiʻi state legislators July 2 for a community town hall meeting to get a recap from the 2026 state legislative session and important updates about issues affecting their communities.

The town hall is scheduled for 5:30 to 7 p.m. in Building A at West Hawaiʻi Civic Center, located at 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, in Kailua-Kona. Light refreshments will be provided.

Community members turning out for the meeting will hear directly from the lawmakers, plus the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns and discuss key issues impacting the West Hawai‘i region.
The town hall also will include legislative updates and information about district priorities.
