Mother’s Day Sale at Rozett’s Nursery
Details: Rozett’s Nursery, 15-1521 Kaloli Street, Kea’au (at Kaloli and 28th Avenue), 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
There will be 15% off fruit trees, palms, house plants, shrubs, flowering plants and more.
The nursery also will be open on Saturday with the same deals.
Mother’s Day Sip & Shop at Kona Coffee & Tea Cafe

Mother’s Day Music Festival and Family Picnic
Details: Ho’omana Church, Hawaiian Beaches Park, 11 to 5 p.m.
Bring your pop up tent and lawn chairs and hang out all day eating and listening to music. This is a family event honoring mothers and families so please refrain from bringing alcohol. There will be music, food, photos, fun all for no charge

Mom’s Day Swap Meet

Mother’s Day Brunch at Moana

Featuring a mix of island favorites and Pacific Rim-inspired dishes. Highlights include a prime rib carving station, Kona kampachi with chimichurri, chilled seafood (crab claws, Kusshi oysters), and multiple takes on Eggs Benedict, including Kalua pork.

Mother’s Day Brunch at Kamuela Provision Company

The resort’s oceanfront signature restaurant is holding its first Mother’s Day brunch. It coincides with new leadership in the KPC kitchen under Chef de Cuisine Andy F. Nonog III, who was recently appointed to lead the restaurant.
The menu includes a seafood-focused makai station with chilled shrimp, snow crab legs and oysters, alongside a selection of poke and sashimi. Additional offerings range from a mauka station featuring local produce, salads and charcuterie, to breakfast items such as eggs benedict, fried rice and house-made pastries.
Hot dishes include misoyaki butterfish, mushroom parfait, and roasted chicken with spring vegetables, while a carving station will feature herb-roasted striploin. Dessert offerings include a chocolate fountain, tropical pastries, and confections such as lilikoi and coconut-based sweets.
