The Hawai‘i County Police Commission office in Hilo is closed to the public because of staffing shortages.

Members of the public wishing to submit written testimony to the Police Commission may do so via email to Police.Commission@hawaiipolice.gov, as in-person drop off is not available while the office is closed.

Written testimony must be received by noon, two business days before the meeting, to ensure timely delivery to the commission.

Police Commission agendas, meeting minutes, and complaint forms are available on the police department website, https://www.hawaiipolice.gov/about-us/hawaii-county-police-commission/.
