The new feature allows users to browse curated events by island, making it easier to incorporate festivals, cultural experiences and local activities into itineraries. It helps travelers go beyond traditional planning and discover what’s happening during their stay.

“As we continue to grow, we’re focused on building tools that help travelers plan more meaningful trips,” said Hawaii.com Chief Executive Officer Glenn Rogers in announcing the new online service. “Our new events calendar gives visitors a simple way to discover what’s happening during their stay and experience Hawaiʻi in a more connected way.”

The events calendar provides a streamlined way to explore a range of experiences, from well-known festivals to local events. It is curated to ensure quality and relevance, aligning with Hawaii.com’s focus on delivering trusted, locally informed content.

Launch of the events calendar comes as Hawaii.com continues to gain strong traction, attracting nearly half a million visitor sessions in its most recent reporting period.

This growth is largely driven by high-intent search traffic, with travelers actively researching Hawaiʻi experiences and planning tools before booking.
