Hilton Waikōloa Village welcomes back popular weekly food truck gathering

Hilton Waikōloa Village is excited to announce the return of Village Street Eats — the resort’s popular weekly food truck gathering.

The trucks will roll back into the lower parking lot at the resort beginning Dec. 22 for the family friendly community event, which is scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m. every Monday, with some exceptions throughout the holidays.

Village Street Eats offers resort guests, kamaʻāina and visitors the opportunity to come together and enjoy local grinds and island culture.

A rotating lineup of local food trucks will serve fresh, flavorful dishes inspired by local favorites and international cuisine, including Asian, Caribbean and Mexican flavors alongside beer, refreshing beverages, sweet treats and more.

Admission and parking are free, making it an easy and welcoming way to kick off the week.

Local food trucks and vendors featured Dec. 22 will include:

  • 143 Patisserie.
  • Aree Thai.
  • Big Island Provisions.
  • Crack N Pop.
  • Dolphin Quest.
  • Elite Cuisine.
  • Fatboy Kitchen.
  • HI BAO.
  • Ho Jah.
  • Jill-Ann’s.
  • KG Mexican Hawaiʻi.
  • Oyatsu Hawaiʻi.
  • Sugar’s BBQ.
  • Wilson’s Snack Shack.

“Village Street Eats has always been about bringing people together, and we’re thrilled to welcome this popular gathering back,” said Hilton Waikōloa Village Director of Catering and Events Jennifer Kadota in the announcement of the event’s return. “It’s a wonderful way to support local vendors while offering a fun, family-friendly experience for both visitors and the local community.”
