A Big Island woman is missing after her vehicle was found unattended during the weekend in West Hawai‘i.

Vesna Young of Miloli‘i was last seen at 3:30 p.m. March 16 near the 88-100 block of ‘Umi Avenue in Miloli‘i, and Hawai‘i Island police are asking the public for its help with finding her.

The 51-year-old was wearing a light-colored shirt and shorts. Her vehicle was located 5 hours after she disappeared at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday near the 88-100 block of Kai Avenue in Miloli‘i.

Young is 5-foot-7, weighs 165 pounds and Caucasian, with blond hair and brown eyes.
