Coffee with a Cop events coming up this month in Kona

Hawai‘i Island police have scheduled three Coffee with a Cop events in Kona this month.

The events are an opportunity for the public to get to know their district police officers. With no agenda set, topics of conversation can range from sharing personal stories to discussing neighborhood issues.

The first event is scheduled on Sept. 18 at Kona Heaven Coffee Co., located in Coconut Grove Marketplace, 75-5805 Ali‘i Drive.

The second will take place on Sept. 20 at the Kona Mountain Coffee Co., located at 73-4038 Hulikoa Drive.

The third event will be held Sept. 27 at Kona Coffee & Tea, Kona Coast Shopping Center, located at 74-5588 Palani Road.

All three events start at 8 a.m. and end at 10 a.m.
