Hawai‘i Island police seek the public’s help in finding a man who was reported missing.
Vincent Souza, 24, was last seen on Monday at 12:10 a.m. near Kulana Street in Hilo.
Souza is Caucasian, is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police department’s non-emergency number 808-935-3311.
